Meet the Doctors
Dr. J. Brant Darby graduated with honors from The Master’s College with a degree in Biology. He completed his dental training at the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry, followed by a pediatric dental residency at University of Nebraska Medical Center. He actively served as a dental officer in the United States Army for eight years.
Dr. Darby is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and the Alaska Dental Society.
Besides working with children, Dr. Darby enjoys spending time with his family, anything involving the outdoors, drag racing, and restoring classic cars.
Dr. Easte Warnick received a degree in Geology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2001. After working as a geologist for Los Alamos National Laboratory and Bechtel SAIC, she returned to school and completed dental training at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2012. She discovered soon in her dental career that she enjoyed treating children, and went on to complete a pediatric dental residency program at the Alaska Native Medical Center through Lutheran Medical Center in 2014. Dr. Easte is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is a member of the Alaskan Dental Society, the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
She likes exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends! She is fascinated by rocks and has been known to collect a few while hiking or biking!
Dr. Christy Jen received her undergraduate and dental degree from the University of Washington, and completed her pediatric dental training at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She practiced in Michigan and Louisiana while her husband finished his surgery training before finally making Alaska their home.
Dr. Jen is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The most fulfilling part of her career has always been helping her young patients grow up with a healthy smile and positive attitudes about dental care. She is fluent in English and Mandarin. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, chasing her kids, and being outdoors with her husband.
